Moved the dark mode choice out of the menus and into the GUI preferences. Use separate css fragment for the result list dark mode header, does not clobber the user one any more.

rclaudio: if mutagen.File() fails, try with mutagen.ID3() This allows extracting the tags e.g. from adts files mistaken for mp3 during initial identification, and for which the full later mp3 init fails because wrong kind of frame.

Experimental: configure option to call posix_fadvise(POSIX_FADV_DONTNEED) on each indexed file. If enabled, can be disabled at run time by setting NO_NOCACHE_INDEXED in the environment.

Revert "Use rcl* wildcard to pick up files under filters/ for distribution. Adds rclorgmode.py, forgotten in 1.28.5" Using wildcards breaks out-of-tree builds (and is not portable says automake manual). This reverts commit f4f8cdf62a.
