da2f9f76c5 Revert "Use rcl* wildcard to pick up files under filters/ for distribution. Adds rclorgmode.py, forgotten in 1.28.5" 
Using wildcards breaks out-of-tree builds (and is not portable says
automake manual).
This reverts commit f4f8cdf62af97bdd112ddaad62a5cdb928ec4ea9.
