Index: improve processing/rejection for binary files disguising as scripts (ie: shar archives). Use "internal text/plain" instead of "exec rcltext" for script files so that normal text/plain processing is done (max size, splits). Reject text if more than 25% iconv errors

permit starting an info viewer (info) on an internal gnu info node. This needed a small shell script and a slight modification in how we search from the viewer command in rclmain_w.cpp. The path is now always searched before the filters directory even if useDesktopOpen is set

compressedfilemaxkbs had no default in the sample conf which created some weirdness in the index config GUI (but no actual problem). Add default in sample conf + a way to set a default value in the c++ code

add <pre> tag to text/plain translated into qt html to preserve indentation. Removes need for rcltext (which did just this). Allow specifying any text/xxx as internal (allows having specific editor but no filter)
