rclaudio: if mutagen.File() fails, try with mutagen.ID3()
...
This allows extracting the tags e.g. from adts files
mistaken for mp3 during initial identification, and for which
the full later mp3 init fails because wrong kind of frame.

Windows: simplified recollindex argument passing.

Because of the use of wmain(), we don't need the imperfect method of using
a temporary file. This should have been simplified when switching to wmain
but was not for lack of time.

Experimental: configure option to call posix_fadvise(POSIX_FADV_DONTNEED) on each indexed file. If enabled, can be disabled at run time by setting NO_NOCACHE_INDEXED in the environment.

Using wildcards breaks out-of-tree builds (and is not portable says
automake manual).

Small adjustments for native Mac bundle.
...
Works fine, but porting all the helpers to work from the bundle would be a
lot of work. All must be changed to find their resources inside the .app
Proof of concept done with antiword. Does not make sense to ship without
at least poppler (and maybe unrtf, mutagen, exiftool).
